The normal operation is to ship from the warehouse in Shenzhen.

When will I receive my order? The processing time for a specific order varies with the product type and stock status. Handling and shipping times for most items are as follows:

Handling Time: 1-3 Days
Shipping Time: 7-15 Days

How do I track my order? Your delivery confirmation email will contain your tracking number and order details, or track your order at our site: https://www..lunovart.online/apps/aftership.

Taxes and other charges Depending on the country of delivery, you may be required to pay extra tax or charges such as VAT and/or import duties.

Shipping Fee:

For Plates, 

The orders with an amount of less than 200 US dollars, the shipping fee is 50 US dollars.

The orders amount is over 200 US dollars and the shipping fee is 80 US dollars.

For Cup & Saucer

The orders with an amount of less than 50 US dollars, the shipping fee is 20 US dollars.

The orders amount is over 50 US dollars and the shipping fee is 40 US dollars.
